Volunteers

The Dragon Fest and all of its chaotic goodness will soon be upon us. Currently, Dragons in Dungeons is recruiting volunteers from current group members to help with ideas, setup, and delivery. If you love the game, belong to the group, and cannot wait to help out, fill out the form (https://forms.gle/Y1y6KcAWNC27AbvV9).

On the day of the event, volunteers will be needed to take one shift. There will be three shifts available:

• Shift 1 (9:30 am - 1:30 pm)

• Shift 2 (1:30 pm - 5:30 pm)

• Shift 3 (5:30 pm - 9:30 pm)

Each shift will need:

• an exhibitor (to run the Dragons in Dungeons exhibit table)

• an ambassador (to greet and guide participants as they navigate the event and space)

More volunteers will be needed for outside the day of the event:

• game masters

• graphic designers

• social media agents

• recruiters

• contest organizers

• and more
